Request deletion

To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, submit the form below using the email address you sign in with. We verify that you control the account before anything is deleted, then confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your personal details — name, email, phone
• Documents and files you uploaded
• Messages and in-app activity tied to your account
• Access to any bank or credit-card feed you connected — the connection is revoked with our data provider so no further data is retrieved

What is retained, and why

Some records may be kept after your account is closed where the law requires it or to complete transactions you were part of — for example, invoices, payments, and other financial or tax records. These are retained only for the period required by law and then permanently deleted. If your data is shared within a company workspace, records that belong to that company remain with the company.

How long it takes

After we verify your request, your data is deleted within 90 days, except for records we are legally required to retain for longer. We'll email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
